Product FAQ

● The unused sink has rusted, with clusters of rust spots on the base.

During the renovation of a new home, the sink should be sealed and protected. After the renovation is completed, it should be used and maintained properly according to the instructions. Additionally, newly renovated houses require adequate ventilation by opening windows to prevent corrosive gases emitted by the materials from oxidizing the sink's surface, thus causing surface rust on the sink.

● Water is seeping from the sink's base, with droplets adhering to the surface.

When quick-frozen foods such as hairtail are placed inside the sink, condensation tends to form on the outer walls of the sink. This phenomenon usually occurs in summer. If water droplets form and drip down, it may indicate either insufficient thickness of the anti-condensation coating or defects in the panel material, such as porous structure or sand holes.

● The stainless steel sink shows scratches from regular use.

That's because the satin texture on the surface is too fine. We use 600-grit sandpaper, while others use 400-grit. Coarser surfaces (with lower grit numbers) actually make imperfections less noticeable.

● The PVD/nano-coated sink shows scratches from daily use

Due to the current limitations in industry-level PVD/nano-coating processes, the existing surface hardness of PVD/nano-coated products can only reach 9H (pencil hardness). This fails to meet customer requirements for scratch resistance during actual usage scenarios where the sink is frequently exposed to prolonged contact and friction with hard objects such as ceramic bowls, metal cutlery, or abrasive tools like steel wool pads.

● The inner tank has a wavy, uneven surface and makes a drum-like sound when pressed.

The existing processing techniques face bottlenecks, making it impossible to machine thin materials (less than 0.7mm in thickness) for sinks without deformation and bulging phenomena.

● The nano sink panel edges are curved and not straight.

After performing PVD treatment, if the high-temperature pan liner experiences inward shrinkage, it can be corrected by gently tapping the welded edge between the inner liner and the panel with a rubber mallet.

● The nano sink feels rough and grainy to the touch.

The uneven spraying of nano-oil is caused by the employee's technique and does not impact usability.

● The cup washer shakes and rattles when pressed.

The glass washer vibrates and produces abnormal noises due to excessive water pressure and small water outlet holes, where the outflow is less than the inflow.

● The pull-out faucet dispenses water from either the cold (hot) side while the hot (cold) side remains blocked during operation.

This occurs when the inlet hoses (cold and hot) are incorrectly connected to the quick-connect outlet hose ports, resulting in failure to discharge either cold or hot water.

● The faucet isn't giving enough water when pulled out.

Through research and analysis of the customer complaint samples, it has been found that this issue is generally caused by twisted deformation of the hot/cold water inlet pipes (in a helical shape) and blockages in the quick-connect outlet pipes.

● When pulling out the spray head increases water flow, pushing it back reduces flow.

This condition is typically caused by kinking or twisting of the retractable hose assembly and can be resolved by replacement of the component.

● The black faucet exhibits finish peeling.

This is because the electrophoresis parameters deviate from the SOP, resulting in poor adhesion.

● The Bentley 185 drain head exhibits water seepage.

This failure mode originates from the undersized outer diameter of the upper seal ring compromising sealing integrity. The component has been upgraded to a redesigned version to eliminate this failure mechanism.

● The faucet handle threads are stripped.

The previous design has been modified to a welded (handle rod) structure.

● Slide wire on Model 99 faucet base‌‌.

Failure of the Model 99 thread gauge to properly limit thread dimensions resulted in stripped threads between the main body and base assembly.

● Leakage at handle of 980114/56-type faucet structure.

The valve core gland lacks sufficient strength, which may cause it to retract and result in improper sealing, leading to water leakage.

● Rust spots on surface of Feiyu faucet knob.

The knob, fabricated from copper alloy, develops verdigris (basic copper sulfate) through oxidation when its compromised surface coating permits moisture ingress.‌

● Elbow detachment on Model 980114 faucet

This is caused by the insufficient thickness of the wear-resistant ring, which fails to withstand high water pressure, leading to detachment. The ring has been thickened to enhance its strength.

● Leakage from glasswasher when not pressed.

Wash cup leakage due to missing/damaged sealing washer (O-ring) assembly.

● Retraction failure on Model 980213/214 pull-out faucet.

Due to the heavy weight of this showerhead model partially offsetting the counterweight's force, it failed to reset. The counterweight has been increased to 530 grams to resolve the issue.

● Delayed shut-off in non-pull-out faucet.

Due to China's newly enforced GB25501-2019 standard on faucet water efficiency, constant-flow aerators are now required. These aerators may cause a 3-second dripping delay in faucets with elbow structures before water stops completely.

Non-restricted aerators (with constant-flow discs removed) enable instant shut-off in elbow faucets but may violate China's GB25501-2019 standard. Such solutions are only suitable for household use.

● Abnormal noise in kitchen mixer faucet during water flow.

1.Water Pressure Issues

◆High Water Pressure‌: Install pressure reducing valves to maintain water pressure.

◆Unstable Water Pressure‌: Inspect and tighten all pipe connections to eliminate loosening-induced fluctuations‌.

2.Pipeline Problems

◆Narrow/Clogged Pipes‌: Replace narrowed or obstructed piping sections to restore flow efficiency‌.

◆Scale Accumulation‌: Perform regular pipe descaling using chemical or mechanical methods‌.

3.Faucet Component Failures

◆Valve Core Malfunction‌: Diagnose and replace damaged valve cores to ensure flow control accuracy.

◆Gasket Leakage‌: Adjust or replace deteriorated sealing gaskets to prevent leaks‌.

4.Other Factors

◆Resonance‌: Balance cold/hot water pressure differentials or install vibration dampeners to mitigate noise‌.
