It has established an independent R&D department and introduced industry-leading automated welding and grinding equipment, achieving four groundbreaking technologies: automatic R-angle processing, robotic bending technology, automated edge grinding for handmade sinks, and robotic arm welding. These innovations initiate technological transformation in the handmade sink industry. All kitchenware products comply with high-standard certifications including CUPC, CSA, and CGC.

Moving forward, the division will concentrate on developing new functionalities and materials to create more aesthetically pleasing, intelligent, and practical innovative system solutions for consumers in kitchenware innovation.
Factory Capabilities:Since its establishment, Higold has consistently adhered to the integrated R&D, production, and sales strategy. It is currently building a digital production base cluster covering approximately 600,000 m², primarily consisting of the Higold Star Headquarters Production Base, Hexagon Building Production Base, and "Unicorn" Production Base, now recognized as Asia's largest smart manufacturing base for home hardware.
