Q: Can I visit Higold factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
A: My dear, it is a great honor to invite you to visit our sink factory. It takes about 1-1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou to our factory. We can arrange pick-up from Airport or hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou.
Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print or silver black print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
A: The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the sink industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep our customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more update sinks details.
Q: What product certifications does your factory have? And which countries are the certifications for?
A: We have CUPC certification for USA and Canada. Our file No. is 8608. Other certificates include CE, CSA and ISO9001, etc. We have more than 30 items sinks in cupc list now.
Q: What is your factory production capability?
A: We can manufacture products up to 20,000 pcs per month.
