1. Highly recognize with Higold brand philosophy and mission‌, committed to long-term mutually beneficial growth.

2.‌ Maintain a showroom (minimum 100 sq.m.)‌ with a dedicated zone designed to Higold's specifications for product display.

3.‌ Exclusivity requirement‌: Agents are prohibited from distributing brands/products directly competing with or similar to Higold's offerings.

4.‌ Annual sales commitment‌: Agents need to agree and strive to achieve a mutually established sales target (‌minimum threshold: USD 200,000‌).

5.‌ Proactive brand promotion‌: Actively promote and safeguard Higold's brand image in all market activities.

6.‌ Initial inventory investment‌: First-order inventory procurement need to meet a minimum value of ‌USD 100,000‌.

7.‌ Participation in corporate initiatives‌: Active engagement in Higold's empowerment programs, anniversary events, and annual distributor conferences.

8.‌ Non-exclusive territorial rights‌: Currently, Higold does not enter into regional exclusive agency agreements.


‌Onboarding Process

1. Provide company-related information (including but not limited to company business license, organizational structure, company profile, company warehouse exhibition hall and other office space pictures and videos, etc.)

2. Select and place the first order.

3. Exhibition hall planning and design.

4. Agree on the terms of the agency agreement, agree on the annual sales target, and both parties formally sign the agency agreement and Higold brand authorization.

4. Showroom Renovation Support‌:20% discount on exhibits‌,Complimentary storefront logo installation‌,Free display cabinets provided based on initial order quantity.

5. Secondary Agent Showroom Display Support: Same Terms Apply.

6. Social Media Promotion and Outdoor Advertising Budget Support‌ :To be negotiated based on specific projects.
