On May 20th, the workshop 1 of Higold hexagonal Building of was officially flat-roofed, marking the new journey of Higold Group in the next stage.
The Higold Hexagonal Building has a construction area of more than 180,000 square meters and a planned total investment of over 500 million yuan. It is an industrial automation manufacturing demonstration base for Higold smart home hardware and core components, and a super factory with leading efficiency and scale in the industry.
After the completion of the Higold Hexagonal Building, a large number of automatic conveyor lines will be used to connect the production processes. And in the application of the whole process, a large number of arm-axis robots are introduced, and the process of breakpoints adopts automated logistics such as AGV and unmanned distribution vehicles. Behind the global coverage of automation equipment is the continuous and effective application of informatization in the entire production site. Through MES system, WMS system, APS system, etc., the import and connection of the whole process from material entering the factory to finished product warehousing will be realized. The production accuracy and quality of sinks and faucets will be comprehensively improved, and social benefit indicators will be optimized.
